I’m writing with joy, humility and gratitude to share something very close to my heart.
After years of deep research, reflection, healing, and co-creation, I’ve completed the final draft of a new research work: We Have No Choice! Blood Strengthening Strategies In The Age Of Covid.
This book grew out of a simple but urgent question:
How do we protect our blood, immune systems, and mental health in an environment of increasing cumulative stress — chemical, emotional, nutritional, and energetic?
