We Have No Choice! Blood Strengthening Strategies In The Age Of Covid (c) - First Draft

To continue life on earth, for us and future generations, we have no choice but to do the right thing. First we must strengthen our blood to withstand the massive amount of micro-radiation blasts that we are exposed to. We must also shift to resore balance on Earth, like lowering the human made radiation levels above healthy standards. (Lordy do I miss the days of the old black rotary phones - LOL)

This report, for discussion purposes only, is the result of conversations concerning life saving strategies we can use now to empower our bodies to thrive with health. I respect prompts and all, however, it's a wonderful adventure to ride A.I. bare back and naked as a research assistant. I talk to it like it's a human. What a ride.

One of the conversations I've been engaged in over the last year is the impact of our chronic exposure to elevated levels of radiation since the time of Ben Franklin's experiments. Simple questions, allowing the machine to sync data and deliver trends, can deliver some amazing results. The full report is below plus direct links to .pdf / flip book. For this blog entry, I asked Adobe's A.I. for an overview of the work.

Title: Exploring the Link Between Radiation Exposure and Blood Clotting: Strengthening Blood and Immune Health in Today's Environment

Introduction:

In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, concerns about the potential health effects of electromagnetic radiation (EMF) have become increasingly prevalent. From smartphones and smart meters to microwave ovens and nuclear power plants, our daily lives are surrounded by sources of radiation. With the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, questions have arisen about the potential connection between elevated levels of radiation exposure and blood clotting in affected patients. In this blog post, we'll delve into the research surrounding this topic and explore lifestyle and nutritional strategies to strengthen both blood and immune systems in the face of environmental toxins.

The Link Between Radiation Exposure and Blood Clotting:

While the direct relationship between radiation exposure and blood clotting in COVID-19 patients is still being investigated, studies have shown that exposure to certain types of radiation can have adverse effects on cardiovascular health. For example, research has linked exposure to high levels of EMF from sources such as smart meters and cell phones to an increased risk of blood clotting disorders, including deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE).

Furthermore, the potential impact of radiation from nuclear plants and waste on blood clotting remains a topic of concern, as exposure to ionizing radiation has been associated with changes in blood coagulation factors and an increased risk of thrombotic events.

Strengthening Blood and Immune Health:

In light of these concerns, it's essential to focus on lifestyle and nutritional goals that support both blood and immune health. Here are some strategies to consider:

1. **Nutrient-Rich Diet:**

   - Emphasize a diet rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals to support blood vessel health and immune function. Include plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats in your meals.

   - Incorporate foods high in vitamin C, such as citrus fruits, strawberries, bell peppers, and broccoli, to enhance iron absorption and support immune function.

2. **Hydration:**

   - Stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Adequate hydration is essential for maintaining optimal blood viscosity and circulation.

3. **Omega-3 Fatty Acids:**

   - Include sources of omega-3 fatty acids, such as fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines), flaxseeds, hemp and chia seeds, and walnuts, to support cardiovascular health and potentially reduce inflammation and blood clotting risk.

4. **Physical Activity:**

   - Engage in regular physical activity to promote blood flow, strengthen the heart, and support overall cardiovascular health. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week.

5. **Stress Management:**

   - Practice stress-reducing techniques such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga, or tai chi to help lower stress hormones and promote relaxation, which can benefit both blood and immune health.

6. **Limiting Exposure to Radiation:**

   - While it may not be possible to completely avoid exposure to radiation in today's modern world, take steps to minimize unnecessary exposure. Limit the use of cell phones and other electronic devices, maintain a safe distance from sources of EMF, and consider shielding devices to reduce exposure.

7. **Sleep Quality:**

   - Prioritize getting adequate sleep each night, as sleep plays a crucial role in immune function and overall health. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night.

8. **Seeking Support:**

   - If you have concerns about radiation exposure or blood clotting risk, consider consulting with a healthcare professional, such as a physician or registered dietitian, for personalized guidance and support.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, while the potential link between radiation exposure and blood clotting in COVID-19 and other patients is still under investigation, it's essential to take proactive steps to strengthen both blood and immune health in today's environment. By focusing on a nutrient-rich diet, staying hydrated, engaging in regular physical activity, managing stress, and minimizing unnecessary exposure to radiation, we can support our bodies' natural defense mechanisms and promote overall well-being.

High Radiation Exposure and 5G: An Updated Perspective by ChatGPT & Me

I asked A.I. ChatGPT to write an  update to the research I did in 2020
on 5g and covid. Below is the response - both the art and the re-write / update

In 2020, I raised concerns regarding high radiation exposure, particularly in the context of 5G networks, and their potential health implications. Notably, I highlighted the unusual prevalence of blood clots observed in autopsies of COVID-19 patients, speculating on a possible connection with increased electromagnetic field (EMF) exposure due to the widespread deployment of 5G technology. As the world continues to grapple with the COVID-19 pandemic and technological advancements, it is crucial to revisit and update these observations with recent findings and scientific discussions.

**Background: 5G Network and Health Concerns**

The deployment of 5G technology was heralded as a major leap forward in wireless communication, promising faster speeds, reduced latency, and the ability to connect more devices simultaneously. However, the introduction of 5G has also sparked significant debate regarding its potential health risks. The primary concern centers around the higher frequency electromagnetic fields (EMFs) used in 5G networks, which differ from the frequencies used in previous generations of wireless technology.

The FCC’s establishment of Innovation Zones in places like West Harlem and Salt Lake City facilitated the experimental exploration of advanced wireless devices and networks, including 5G. These zones were intended to revolutionize the nation's wireless ecosystem by supporting the development of new technologies and services. However, this rapid deployment also raised concerns about the potential for increased radiation exposure and its health impacts, particularly in densely populated urban areas.

**Initial Observations and Concerns**

In my initial article, I posited that the sudden onset of the COVID-19 pandemic shortly after the rollout of 5G networks could be more than coincidental. Observations of blood clots in COVID-19 patients led me to speculate that what was being labeled as a viral infection might, in part, be a manifestation of chronic EMF exposure. This hypothesis was based on the following points:

1. **Temporal Correlation**: The timing of 5G network activation in major cities, such as New York City, coincided with the early outbreaks of COVID-19. This raised questions about whether increased EMF exposure might contribute to the severity or symptoms of the disease.

2. **Unusual Symptoms**: Many frontline doctors reported that COVID-19 was not behaving like a typical viral infection. The presence of microthrombi (small blood clots) in the lungs and other organs of deceased patients was particularly puzzling and suggested an underlying factor beyond a viral infection.

3. **Potential Mechanisms**: It was hypothesized that non-ionizing radiation from 5G could induce oxidative stress and inflammation, potentially leading to vascular damage and blood clot formation.

**Recent Findings and Developments**

Since 2020, further research and observations have emerged, shedding light on the relationship between EMF exposure, 5G, and health outcomes:

1. **EMF and Biological Effects**: Studies have continued to investigate the biological effects of EMF exposure, with mixed results. While some research indicates potential harmful effects, including oxidative stress and inflammation, other studies have not found conclusive evidence linking EMF exposure to significant health risks at levels emitted by 5G networks.

2. **COVID-19 Pathophysiology**: Extensive research into COVID-19 has identified multiple mechanisms by which the virus causes harm. The endothelial dysfunction and hypercoagulability leading to blood clots are now well-documented aspects of severe COVID-19. These findings have provided a clearer understanding of the disease's pathophysiology, suggesting that the virus itself, rather than EMF exposure, is primarily responsible for these symptoms.

3. **Regulatory and Safety Assessments**: Regulatory bodies, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and various national health agencies, have conducted reviews of the available evidence on EMF exposure and health. These assessments have generally concluded that the EMF levels associated with 5G are within safety guidelines and are unlikely to pose significant health risks. However, these conclusions often come with calls for ongoing research and monitoring.

**Blood Clots and COVID-19: A Closer Look**

The presence of blood clots in COVID-19 patients remains a critical area of study. Current understanding points to several key factors contributing to this phenomenon:

1. **Endothelial Damage**: SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19, directly infects endothelial cells lining blood vessels, causing inflammation and damage. This endothelial dysfunction plays a crucial role in the formation of blood clots.

2. **Immune Response**: The immune system's response to the virus can lead to a hypercoagulable state, where the blood's clotting mechanisms are overactive. This is partly due to the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines and other mediators that promote clot formation.

3. **Hypoxia**: Severe COVID-19 often leads to hypoxia (low oxygen levels), which can exacerbate clotting tendencies. Hypoxia-inducible factors (HIFs) are activated under low oxygen conditions, promoting coagulation.

**5G and Health: The Current Consensus**

While concerns about 5G and health persist in some quarters, the current scientific consensus, based on available evidence, does not support a direct link between 5G exposure and COVID-19 symptoms, including blood clots. The key points from recent reviews include:

1. **Regulated Exposure Levels**: 5G networks operate within regulatory limits set by international guidelines, which are designed to protect public health. These guidelines consider both thermal and non-thermal effects of EMF exposure.

2. **Lack of Conclusive Evidence**: Despite extensive research, there is no conclusive evidence that 5G EMF exposure at regulated levels causes significant health effects, including those seen in COVID-19 patients.

3. **Ongoing Research**: The scientific community continues to study the long-term health impacts of EMF exposure, including 5G. This ongoing research is crucial for ensuring public safety and addressing any emerging concerns.

**Moving Forward: Recommendations**

Given the current state of knowledge, it is essential to balance technological advancement with public health considerations. Here are some recommendations for moving forward:

1. **Continued Research**: Support and funding for independent, high-quality research into the health effects of EMF exposure should continue. This includes long-term epidemiological studies and mechanistic research.

2. **Public Transparency**: Regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders should maintain transparency regarding EMF safety assessments and ongoing research. Public communication should be clear and evidence-based to address concerns effectively.

3. **Precautionary Measures**: While the evidence does not currently suggest significant health risks from 5G, precautionary measures such as minimizing unnecessary exposure, particularly in sensitive populations, can be prudent.

4. **Environmental Considerations**: Broader environmental health should be prioritized. This includes addressing other forms of pollution and ensuring that technological advancements do not exacerbate existing environmental health issues.

**Conclusion**

The intersection of COVID-19, 5G, and health concerns presents a complex and evolving landscape. While initial observations raised the possibility of a connection between 5G exposure and COVID-19 symptoms, particularly blood clots, subsequent research has largely attributed these symptoms to the virus itself. However, the importance of ongoing research, public transparency, and precautionary measures cannot be overstated. As we continue to navigate this intersection, it is crucial to remain vigilant and informed, ensuring that technological progress does not come at the expense of public health.

5G NETWORK EXPERIMENTATION - GENOCIDAL - Poverty pimps are still pimping death. Lousy, no good, vile, evil, fracking, low life slithering poverty pimps in Harlem sold the people out again like they did when they surrounded her with 5 open sewers, before that Iran Contra crack, and now "coronavirus" my black ass - "experimental exploration of robust new wireless devises..." tech fried! Industry and government are doing radiation experiments on us and many are dying of small blood clots called coronavirus.
This article below says the East Harlem Innovation Zone (the wireless industry excrement pockets are doing one in Salt Lake City too) "will enable experimental exploration of robust new wireless devices, communication techniques, networks, systems, and services that will revolutionize the nation’s wireless ecosystem..."
5g was turned on in December/January, shortly after Trump moved out of New York. When did the pandemic hit? Was Christmas / New Year consumed with this pandemic in the USA? What if we turn off the fracking us 5G?
What's called the coronavirus is not behaving like a virus according to many front line doctors. Common sense demands we at least consider that the problem is chronic exposure to excess EMF / ionizing and non-ionizing radiation that is being nano-pulsed. Let science discuss, openly and equally funded, what is causing the blood clots that are killing people.
The virus looks like a cell in a state of explosion to me. How about you? Could it be an effect of the microwave (non-ionizing) radiation we're exposing ourselves to? The pandemic may not be the result of you and me, but the new 5G on top of all the excess radiation.
Maybe we are being manipulated to blame each other rather than reduce the excess radiation, the cause of a lot of dollars changing hands. Let's stop this divide and conquer drama. We are life. Let's do what supports life, like keeping the EMF / radiation at manageable levels.
Maybe between microwave ovens, the power plants, smart meters, satellites, 2g, 3g, 4g, now 5G wireless communications... we've exceeded our body's radiation / EMF processing capabilities.
Is it too much to ask that this issue be publicly reviewed?
The solution could be as simple as addressing our environmental, radiation and other pollution problems by restoring balance, clean this place up.
We've gone from air pollution to e-smog. That's not progress.
My wonderful Aunt Ethel has a phrase 'Stupid Satan'
Those stupid satanic pimps of Harlem, who as was done in the Tuskegee Experiment, are testing 5G radiation on unsuspecting populations (not just Harlem) without realizing it will come back on them when the radiation level is raised.
Here's their plan as stated - straight from the H.N.I.C.'s (expletive deleted) - notice the research is for Advanced Wireless Research - having nothing to do with is it safe.
" National Science Foundation’s Platform for Advanced Wireless Research formally proposed these particular Innovation Zones, saying they “will enable experimental exploration of robust new wireless devices, communication techniques, networks, systems, and services that will revolutionize the nation’s wireless ecosystem, thereby enhancing broadband connectivity, leveraging the emerging Internet of Things (IoT), and sustaining US leadership and economic competitiveness for decades to come.”
In New York City, the Innovation Zone will support COSMOS (Cloud Enhanced Open Software Defined Mobile Wireless Testbed for City-Scale Deployment). COSMOS, located in West Harlem, will be run jointly by Rutgers University, Columbia University, and New York University, in partnership with the City of New York.""
How do we stop this genocide of unbridled radiation testing?
How do we stop pretending not to know why PubMed studies are being ignored by the FCC?
Is coronavirus really a radiation / electro-hypersensitivity injury rather than a sickness?
Here's some vetting steps for what I've written.
Check the placement of the 5G & 4G towers in Harlem. Do the same thing in Holyoke, Mass where there are many deaths in a nursing home there and Window Rock, Arizona where the Native American reservation is. Expand to the leading countries of coronavirus cases and when 5g was turned on like China, Italy, Spain, Morocco and the USA. WARNING: 'The coincidence is too precise to ignore.'
Write what you see and share your observations. I'm not trying to sell you anything, just we have to work together to stay out of the gates to hell, too much radiation. That heat can kill folks, if not already doing so.
Yeah I'm a hot lady but damn!
Like lobsters is a point of slowly heated water, those of us who are able, including us, must get out of the pot and turn the fire this time off now!
