"Walt Disney Company Channel 7 KABC co-sponsored mayoral debates with the State of California or/ the State agents on Feburary 18, 2013. NBC LA4 co-sponsored mayoral debates with the State of California or/ the State agents on January 28, 2013.  

I  was not invited, and "MOST OF ALL"  I did not know that Walt Disney Company Channel 7 KABC, 'was again' after sponsoring a mayoral debate, they did in December 2012, 12 months prior at the Japanese Cultural Center.

But, now for Walt Disney Company Channel 7 KABC and NBC LA4 to co-sponsor another mayoral debate with the State and State agents, is pure discrimination against me.   

For  Walt Disney Company Channel 7 KABC and NBC LA4  private entities, to use the airwaves with the State of California and/or the State of California agents making the mayoral debates held on 2/18/2013 and 1/18/2013 symbiotic relationship/nexus connection with the State. 

I believe that these Television Broadcasting companies Walt Disney Company Channel 7 KABC and NBC LA4  acted above the LAW and because joint participation under Section 1983. 

Therefore I, Addie M. Miller, a Ballot qualified and legal candidate was completely discriminated against and her Federal Civil Rights was abused and taken away by  Walt Disney Company Channel 7 KABC and NBC LA4.   My goodness, they had the nerve to hold debates with the State of California and excluding me.  

I ask are Walt Disney Company Channel 7 KABC and NBC LA4 controlling the government?  Whereas they co-sponsor with the government to conduct debates."
